When I got home from a hen do yesterday, J said "I knew you'd come back!" then a few mins later, "I thought you might not come back."
He "knows," but he doesn't FEEL it. #Attachment is complicated. I'm his 3rd Mum. I hope one day he'll feel it. He's reassured by visible gestures of love, so I arranged his cereal buffet (he likes it dry) into hearts this morning, on his fave chopping board.
