This has been an unexpectedly busy period for me. I’m prepping to go to Montana for two weeks over Christmas, I’m trying desperately to catch up on advent of code and all of a sudden every project I’ve had in the pipes at work has suddenly become a thing that needs to be done. On the home front my 13 yr old has suddenly decided that he’s going to embrace being a teenage to a degree I hadn’t expected. Hasn’t left me with much time anywhere else.

I’m a bit sensitive to stress. I couldn’t complete the #Adventotcode last night because I wasn’t feeling that great mentally. My work days are often compressed in hours due to that fact. But I have just enough ability to get by, to pay the bills and live reasonably healthy. That’s all I need I suppose.
