It received 4 complaints, which was enough for the #AdvertisingStandardsAuthority.
Four complaints? How hard is it to get 4 people to complain about anything?
The ADA claim it links "sexuality to the crucifix and crucifixion," which is a blatant visual representation of torture and death. So sex bad, but torture good?

Yes, but it wasn't a song, nor an album, nor music, nor a tour, nor sales; and it wasn't by a religious group or by a broadcaster.
It was 1 advertising poster, put up in 6 places only in #London for 4 days months ago, back in August 2022.
The ban was by the U.K.'s #AdvertisingStandardsAuthority which wasn't fooled by "fvck".
The artwork and the album, which was released last year just before the advert, were unaffected.
