Really to be absolutely fair there are two categories of #AntiUnion sentiment you run into that can manifest as this form.

The first form of this is someone who has some reservations. This is a good to time to focus on the "AEI" (Agitate, Educate, Inoculate) of the "#AEIOU" structured #organizing conversation depending on exactly where they fall.

The other is essentially a concern troll. Their objection is pretextual and they have no interest in unionizing or considering unionizing.
