Medical Monday: Aeromedical Transport: The Good, The Bad, and the ugly. Small airport and you need fuel? Self serve... Some places do not have the ability to pick us up if we have a patient so yep we load $250,000 worth of gear into a cab, 2 choppers in a park (ours is up front) , N911RX my favorite
