The clouds parted long enough last night for me to get a few photos of the #supermoon. Quite pleased how it turned out though I wish my camera had a bit more resolution so this heavily cropped image carried a bit more detail.

Seit 2018 verwende ich #Affinity mit #AffinityPhoto und seit 2022 #AffinityPhoto2 von #Serif. Bin wirklich sehr glücklich und zufrieden damit. Nie mehr #Adobe. PDF Bearbeitung mit #PDF24Creator.

The submission for the 52Frames.com weekly challenge of shallow depth of field. This one is OK because the bird is not in focus, so it took working with the contrast to give the illusion of detail, but it was the most interesting shot this week and happy with the outcome

More backyard birding looking for a shallow depth of field opportunity for the 52Frame.com challenge this week. It amazes me how quick these birds are to navigate and air brake before running into stuff. From this position in flight to mowing on some birdseed is literally hundredths if not thousandths of a second.

I took a few shots of this bird on a wall and his/her feathers caught the wind.
I turned around and looked at all the cars shooting in a machine gun like pace heading to their destinations.
When you can, take a breath and take a walk and look for the little things. Like a bird on a wall.

Great spotted woodpecker, not the best quality this image, no feather detail etc, had to remove a lot of foreground twigs; the same twigs that threw the focus out slightly. It's a rescue photograph. Still though, wanted to share it because it's the only way I know how to convey just how magnificent they are in flight. Hopefully 2023 will be the year I grab that dream shot that doesn't need loads of post production! #greatspottedwoodpecker #FoPCP #PollokPark #AffinityPhoto2 #Nikon
