After the Wizard tells the story of a girl who lives in her own fantasy, has trouble to analyse and react appropriately to human emotions which gives others hard time to follow her thoughts.

On paper a most relatable character but the focus of the movie is about her imagination of the journey of the Tinwoodman and the Scarecrow.

The journey ignores bits of the canon of the book the person claims to be obsessed with which makes it distracting.
