Like a family, business, or military
The whole has to move as one
Or split apart
Sometimes that has to happen from the top down
The splitting or the moving
They all need to listen and talk to each other
If you're at the top, you need to listen to the people on the bottom and trust they'll take you where you all need to go
Or you can convince them with your perspective from the top and your patience
Or you can pull them up and show them your perspective
But it's only fair if they can pull you down and show you their perspective
Otherwise you'll drift apart
Or even crack apart all at once
Don't wait until it gets bad to start listening to those who most care about you
