The report reveals that intelligence #agencies are buying information about #Americans that they should not legally possess. Each of them use a #scoring model, the main one of which is #FICO but another popular model is #VantageScore. Each of these models has versions — FICo has dozens — and they all run concurrently. So FICO 4 and 9 are both things, developed years apart, and used for different kinds of risk assessment.
It’s an absolutely absurd #clusterfuck.
