I still like to think Flash's endgame with his fling with Tandy was to boost Tyrone's confidence and get him to finally confess his love to Tandy. I can imagine Flash dry-washing his hands after seeing Ty and Tandy kiss and saying to himself with a smirk, "Still got it!"
