@bogolisk @dermojo @stevevrporter the calibre of #agile consultants varies widely unfortunately - a symptom of the #AgileIndustrialComplex. A lot depends on what the client's expectations are and what the focus of the consultant will be as coaching executives to change their behavior requires entirely different skills than helping delivery teams.

a lot of those 'hybrid' setups are just ridiculous. yesterday a bunch of developers drove hundreds of kilometers to meet in front of their screens for a retrospective with their remote agile coach. plz make it stop! #agileindustrialcomplex
