Battery replacement done. First night's test went well. Had to turn down the float charging voltage on the solar controller by 0.1V to find their happy spot, slightly different from the old. Always good to keep a close eye on the shunt the first few cycles!

Even added a beam (with foam padding) to secure them against inversion, which wasn't there before. Not likely to ever happen, but I had leftovers laying around, so why not!
