The plot and character development was great, there were so many twists and surprises along the way. I usually can figure out who and what and when, I’ll admit I was shocked in a lot of ways. I’m interested in where it’s going on so many angles that I can’t even fathom how it will all come together for the next book.

Without posting any spoilers, you’re going to love this installment if you’re a #AHCTR fan. Buckle up, it’s a wild ride.

Alright, I have to skip right past #AThroneFromTheAshes (#3 4⭐️’s) and #AClashOfThreeCourts (#4 4⭐️’s) to jump right into #ASwordFromTheEmbers (#5 5 ⭐️’s) because I got an #AdvanceReaderCopy, my first ever, and I’m just beside myself with how exciting that is. The worst part of that honor is that there’s an even longer period of time before the next one comes out for me.
