Time for another round of #AHerosCall on https://www.twitch.tv/tarrenvane. Tuck that picture-in-picture out of the way, give your eyes a rest and listen as we continue the search for Annabelle's poor missing horse, and hopefully find the key to the massive tree.

Just for fun, I'm going to post the battle log of the final boss fight in #AHerosCall. I'll obscure the boss's name, to avoid story spoilers, but if gameplay spoilers bother you don't read on.

In short, the fight took 3 turns. Or rather, one turn in which my chars hit multiple times. They had their combat speed at the max of 35, after all. This meant they were able to kill the whole crew before anyone could land a single hit, which's just brutal.

I'm not sure if anyone else is getting this, but after a certain level (or certain combat speed?) the second ally never actually gets a chance to attack. Not even when they're just as fast, or even faster, than the player or first ally. So you'll just see Andrea (my char) and Gwen.

So yup, I killed the boss with just two chars. I ... somehow still feel I was unfair to him. The balance in #AHC is horrible!

So I just #AHerosCall and am trying to find the governer of Farhaven. I've gotten as far as getting inside the mannor, but I can't find the guy's study. Any tips?
