Things I like:
A putting huge effort into a tool to collect & diagnose issues on the system - for faster and more systematic problem analysis.
Things I dislike:
The same vendor limiting this feature to a subset of systems - preferring only their own "hard&software - desinged to fail together" for no reasons.
