Today’s photo is from Rapa Nui (Easter Island) and is of one of the moai at Haŋa Kio’e (Mouse Bay).
I was staying nearby and took the opportunity at first light to walk down to the beach and welcome the sunrise with just the moai for company. A very peaceful way to start another day of exploration of the island.
