I'm at the point where if you post AI art that you're planning to be use on covers and/or for promo images, I'm unfollowing you. #AIArtistheft please STOP using it for commercial purposes. Go back to using cliparts, or canva or book brush stock photos please. #artmatters - I actually have no art to post. Why? My mental health did get worse with the rise of ai art.
I am lucky enough to have a permanent job to keep a stable income. But what about the other artists? And what about their mental health. To the people who use ai art, defend it and make posts about mental health: Do they care about our mental health?
Reminder: this ist not about prohibiting ai art. This is about creating regulations and protection of the art pieces.

Please call out news articles on the web using AI "art" as their header. That means there is an artist out there that could've gotten a pay check. AI "art" was stolen from millions of artists who had their art taken against their will to feed some product they did not agree to.

These programs aren't creating anything, they're stealing it from hard working and most likely struggling artists- who get cyber bullied when they fight back.
