I have always been a fan of Rachel Ruysch who worked in the late 17th century into the 18th century. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rachel_Ruysch
My favorite Ruysch composition is below. It is ironic, because she didn't paint it. I taught a Diffusion based AI model to build it. Why do this.? Simple: Love Ruysch, hate Dutch flower painting composition.
