Ok a couple weeks ago I was kinda joking about asking for help paying for my teeth, but I've done the math. I'd need to come up with over $700/month I don't have to get them fixed in August. So it was last year. I was suffering from autistic burnout after suing my mayor to the state supreme court, while bouncing between jobs, while going through a divorce, while dealing with CPS and loosing my child custody rights over false reports. I realized... this crap was going to bleed me dry.

@Luxotek Eh. If you mean implement as in, in the code -- it's a bad idea for the same reason preset CWs are a bad idea: it's a rigid solution to a flexible problem.

If you mean, the community just starts adopting specific hashtags like #aidrequest etc, then yeah that's totally doable and not the worst idea, but I see people already doing that to some extent -- i've seen #transcrowdfund used pretty commonly for trans folk asking for aid, for example.
