Just as Ukrainians have agency [1], Afghans do too. The #AfghanPeaceProcess [2] has continued in diverse forms for over four decades after the 1978 Saur Revolution, and the Afghan Independent Human Rights Commission #AIHRC refused to be dissolved by the #Taliban, arguing that the Taliban govt is nationally and internationally illegitimate [3].
