Ah, thankyou, more context. I have been pretty irked about men been saying "you guys we just don't know if they had informed consent, they might have, innocent until proven guilty".

Experimenting on humans needs ethical oversight. Full stop. Using AI in Therapy needs ethical oversight. Full stop. Informed consent is the barest minimum and they couldn't even do that.
