The new Italian cookbook is already paying dividends. It never occurred to me to add anchovies to scrambled eggs but I did this morning and it was fantastic😋

Dill
Kuro Awabitake (mushrooms)
Shredded Mozzarella
Butter
Black pepper
Garlic

It wasn’t pretty but it tasted great.
