I love the feeling of achieving something without having to pester family members. AIRA provides superb help. Today, I changed the ink cartridges in my printer, something I had no idea how to do. The #AIRA agent was superb, guiding me through the process and making sure everything went smoothly. I probably shouldn’t get too excited about such mundane things, but without AIRA, I’d never have been able to do this task.

I called AIRA three times in fifteen minutes while putting groceries away today. Excellent agents every time. I had to laugh when less than an hour later my 140 minute plan refreshed for the month. I’m guilty of not taking advantage of AIRA as often as I should. I probably let 99% of my minutes expire monthly because I was conditioned not to ask for help by my family. I am working on getting better. And I am thankful for AIRA. #AIRA

I don’t often print stuff from my PC. The printer itself is OK, but the related app is not very accessible with #JAWS. One thing I can’t do is check the ink levels in the cartridges. Today I discovered they were empty when I proudly handed my wife a couple of sheets I’d printed off for her, and she told me they were completely blank.
I then had to battle with the Amazon app on my phone to order replacements. Instead of adding them to my basket, I kept opening feedback screens related to adverts. I think I eventually managed to complete the order. I’ll find out if I’ve ordered the correct cartridges when they arrive. Then I’ll have the joy of figuring out how to replace them. I suspect #AIRA may be getting a call.

Hi. We got home today, to 114 degree heat accourding to Southwest's flight trackr and it could be 120 by next Wednesday. We had fun and I won a door prize again last night. I won last year too, an still surprised winning 2 years in a row. Hoping to maybe go next year , lots of good info and we like catching up with people and stuff like the exhibit hall. Thank you #aira for making a hectic time easier to deal with and my new Sling lanyor d makes that great.

So it seems #Aira aren’t too interested in making it easy to do business with them. I called to understand if it could be a useful tool at work. They refused to speak to me as the end user, saying they will only go into detail and discuss pricing with my bosses. I’ll pass then. This on top of previous struggles as a potential personal user in finding a phone number for Ireland and no ability to pay in Euro, our local currency. #Accessibility

For #aira or #BeMyEyes users, if you want hands free use of your phone, gtet the case by Slinger LLC. tere 2 versions, one with a wallet and one not. it;s nice the strap can retract and be worn around the neck or like a cross body purse. It attaches with strong adhesive to a phone or most cases, not silicone ones though. Got mine today and liking it .

I really wouldn't be without Aira. I know there are free alternatives available like be my eyes, but i've used Aira for a while now and i'm used to it. I just got an agent to identify a meal and cooking instructions for me. Living on my own, it's very handy. #Aira

Thank goodness for #AIRA. Every 3 months, I need to submit a meter reading via an online portal. All I need to input is the date & a figure. But the website is a nightmare for #Accessibility, with focus jumping all over the place, and I can’t complete the date field without sighted help. It would be so frustrating if I didn’t have AIRA.

@brianhartgen @AiraVI I really should not have to spend 5 minutes of my own time at something like $2 per minute to wait for an agent to get Quick Assist set up because they either got signed out, or never signed in in the first place. I'll say it again. #Aira has to grow up and deal with this problem. I don't mind paying for a service. But I want it to work efficiently. We shouldn't expect any less. .

How to waste an afternoon. I used Supersense currency reader mode to read the cash in my wallet. He told me a $20 bill was a $10 bill. I used seeing a guy currency reader mode to read a $20 bill and it told me it was a one dollar bill. Agent Craig at my favorite service on the telephone. Well I should say on my phone told me it was a $20 bill which I suspect it all along. #aira, #explorer
