Airfryer Chicken Breasts
"Skin side" down first.
Cook on #Airfry at 400°F for 20-22 mins (internal temperature 165°F) Flipping halfway through.

Sooo crispy on the outside, moist on the inside.

Yum! My Dad used to make it at home so I love it. You may find that it will smoke a bit from the fat content. I suggest putting a slice of bread in the bottom under the rack to absorb the drippings so it stops the smoking.

I'm making Pork Tenderloin with my favourite Brown sugar rub. very tasty.
400F on #airfry for 17 mins (internal temp 165F)

Brown Sugar Rub Makes 1 cup

½ cup brown sugar
2 tbsp chili powder
2 tbsp smoked paprika
2 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp dried thyme
2 tsp ground mustard
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder

Mix together and store in an air tight container. 43 cal/tbsp

1. I riffed off of three different recipes for fried mushrooms. doesn't look very pretty, but tasted damn good and paired well with garlic. it's got a crunchy outside while the mushrooms on the inside were melty. I think this would make a great appetizer and I'd love to try it again.
2. I done chicken, shrimp, and salmon recently. I thought I'd do pork next, but then I couldn't find it. I decided to sub it with the cheapest ground beef and made meatballs, lots of fun. I don't usually like to eat/cook with onions, though I think they can be great additions. this seemed like the perfect opportunity.
3. My mom is traveling and emptied her fridge on me. Bag full pre-cut sweet potatoes that i tried pan frying, but it took too long so I ended up finishing them in the air fryer. mixed them w lettuce and tomatoes. she also gave me a half bag of frozen shrimp i turned into hoisin shrimp. paired with buckwheat noodles, that's just what I have rn.
4. Miso soup with lettuce and potatoes with some pre-cured meats she also dropped off on me.

For the first three, I'm still getting the hang of using my air-fryer, seems like I need to cook under slightly lower conditions for everything.

Two are my latest dirty secret, homemade croutons, first were stale sourdough loaf, cut into rustic cubes, half drizzled in olive oil, half walnut oil, both with salt flakes on top. 10mins at 160 in #airfryer, final 5mins at 180

Second pic is walnut cob leftovers, drizzled in walnut oil, my soup was ready so I just went straight to 10mins at 180 and they were perfect.

Lastly beetroot wedges, peel, olive oil drizzle, #airfry at 180 for 15mins
