#Airmiles SO deserves to go under... Utter crap of a points company, and of course had to get purchased by equally crappy #BMO!

Decided to get rid of my #AirMiles card, in the province of Quebec a greater number of businesses have decided to use another program, like IGA grocery stores will be using #Scene+ and other groceries and phamacies affiliated to Metro will use Metro&moi program (Jean Coutu pharmacy , Brunet pharmacy) . Scene+ will start March 23 at IGA and Metro it will start next May.

Air Miles die vanaf 20 februari gespaard worden, zijn twee jaar geldig. Nu zijn de digitale punten nog vijf jaar geldig, tot 2018 zelfs oneindig. We hebben met zijn allen zo'n 6 miljard Miles op onze pasjes staan, laat de organisatie achter het systeem desgevraagd aan NU.nl weten.

Bij #airmiles zit kennelijk een nieuwe manager, er moest dus iets veranderen. Airmiles zijn vanaf 20 feb nog maar twee jaar geldig. Dan is het eigenlijk niet meer de moeite om nog te sparen. Het maakt mij niet uit hoe lang ik spaar, als ik er vervolgens iets leuks voor krijg. Nu kan ik hoogstens €20,- korting krijgen op spullen die ik elders €30,- goedkoper krijg. Ben een spaarder van het eerste uur maar zal nu de komende tijd voor een tientje korting bij AH gaan en stoppen met Airmiles.

Finally, after 30 years of saved #rewards points, mismanaged #Airmiles order (30 days to place order), and a little shaming of the help desk, it was suddenly ordered and shipped on the same day.
I was guaranteed delivery yesterday, when it arrived in Dartmouth, but then they continued the package route on a cross-country tour to New Broomstick, and sent it back to NS this afternoon, while I was driving my wife to the doctor. The porch pirates didn't get it, but It's #coffee time

I expressed concern about incompetence of #AirMiles #Rewards program, 25 days after receiving, they'd not placed my order? They asked my order #. Then asked what I ordered?
I talked them through how to use a PC to track # linked to a product, linked to an order #, identifying product. Suddenly ⬇️
"Your AIR MILES® Reward has been processed and is on its way to you! If you don't receive your Reward within 15 days, check out your tracking details on the My orders page or through the link below."

#AirMiles Keep checking, if the order is not placed in 3-4 weeks, contact us again? Not likely. #Rewards programs are a joke. 30 year loyalty didn't get me an Email address to query them.

#Rant I'm super POed at #AirMiles . That flakey reward program that I used for 30+ years, and once lost all my points, for no reason, has been replaced by Scene in most Sobeys owned merchants. So, I decided, let's zero that puppy out, use my Air Miles? Unbelievable, less and less value to them, but I like coffee, so I ordered a coffee maker, 11 points left. 14 Dec 2022, and worried about delivery with porch pirates. THE ORDER IS STILL NOT PROCESSED! I'm thinking of cancelling the wait /rantOFF

Air Canada said we’d be rebooked automatically but nothing. And AIR MILES office closed over the holidays. Guess we’re persona non grata.
