Rachel Harris from @SSoA_news says we need to not only ensure improvements to existing #housingstock but demand better quality for new housing stock too. We need to deal with #airtightness and #ventilation especially. Goldsmith Street is a good example of quality new stock.

Half the door #airtightness done. Fiddly. Had planned to tape door before it went in but didn’t have time before builders wanted to put it in. Able to make a good job of it though. #energyefficiency
