When your #Christmas flight is cancelled due to weather and the AIR MILES Reward Program says contact Air Canada and #AirCanada says contact #AIRMILES. Guess we’re not going anywhere now. 😢😢🤬
Air Canada said we’d be rebooked automatically but nothing. And AIR MILES office closed over the holidays. Guess we’re persona non grata.
Rebooked on our own dime on #AirTransat. Fingers crossed. Again.
