To get clicks on ads, AI is used to generate swathes of authentic-looking, authoritative sounding, _fake and made up information_.

This AI-BS swiftly outpaces actual useful information. Only human videos can be used to gain new info.

Humans are paid to film scripts generated by AI to meet the new criteria.

The Internet becomes useless for learning.

Exactly. That's the big problem coming up. Lots of authoritative sounding, detailed, well written and subtly wrong information.

What's worse is going to be the people using it for their education and doing videos about it, spreading the misinformation and giving it human imprimatur.

What resources, bar formal education in a subject, will allow people to learn about new subjects?
