J'ai eu un voisin comme ça : il s'est installé le 1er juillet, et quelques mois plus tard il était déjà en train de déménager en pleine nuit. Il avait une gang d'amiEs avec lui, et je leur ai donné un coup de main.

Une semaine après, le proprio me demande si j'ai vu le voisin : apparemment qu'il n'avais jamais payé son loyer, hahaha !

Enfin, ça ne serait pas aussi facile maintenant : les proprios se montent des listes sur nous ... peut-être qu'on devrait se monter des listes de proprios, nous aussi ...
