I'm sure it wouldn't be to everyone's taste but I think that's fairly nice and quite freshing, especially chilled. Certainly an improvement for me in terms of sugar over a soda (I no I don't touch sugar free sodas, as they all taste super weird to me).

Ticket saffron-infused alcohol free lager with lemongrass

A lot has been done to this beer. The colour is definitely noticeably saffron-powered. The smell is pungent and spicy. And the flavour, as you may have predicted, is also accordingly funky. Is it good? No, it's fucking revolting. Why would you do this? This is one of the weirdest things I've ever put in my mouth. #AlcoholFreeBeer

Fungtn "Lion's Mane" IPA

A very decent chunky malty IPA. If it were a season, it would be autumn. There are one or two other good competitors in this space, but an awful lot of nasty worty crap, which this most definitely is not. #AlcoholFreeBeer

Gloucester Brewery "Zero Gravity" alcohol free IPA

A yummy fruity sour beer, very nicely balanced indeed, and super refreshing.

Brewgooder alcohol free pale ale

This hit the spot beautifully. It's a hot day, and I was absolutely gagging for a cold drink. This came out of the fridge and took me to heaven. Just the tangy, refreshing mana that I needed on a day like this. #AlcoholFreeBeer

Days pale ale

I think I might have had this one once before, but can't find a record of it. This is one of those alcohol free beers that is made with unfermented wort, giving it a bit of a sickly sweet quality. I'm not terribly keen on these. #AlcoholFreeBeer

Unltd Alcohol free lager

This is very fizzy but light on flavour depth. It tastes like if you took a normal lager and mixed it with two parts Perrier. #AlcoholFreeLager #AlcoholFreeBeer

Brulo "Highway to Hell" alcohol free lager

Quite a potent, pungent, full bodied lager with lovely mouth feel. I let @erzsebel have a sip and she made The Face. I asked her for an adjective, and she replied "Sour eurgh" so now you know her stance. She's not wrong though. #AlcoholFreeBeer #AlcoholFreeLager

Jump Ship "Shore Leave" Chuckleberry Sour

@erzsebel looked at the colour of this one and said "I think that this is going to be one of those ones where I like it more than you". And she's right that it's quite fruit-forward and not-really-beer. But neither of us really liked it that much. As a tart fruit drink, it's watery and insipid. As a beer, it's not beer. It's not undrinkable, just hugely disappointing. #AlcoholFreeBeer

Brulo "King For A Day" NEIPA

Highly hopped, very sour IPA, as you'd expect. It made @erzsebel make "The Face" which I haven't seen for a while. IPAs of this intensity can be a bit of an acquired taste, and to be fair this is probably a bit too much for my preferences.

It doesn't come with the branded glass - I just conveniently happened to already have one of those. #AlcoholFreeBeer

Good Karma "Tantra" IPA

Not sure if I've had this one before. I found this to be a bit overwhelmingly sour, a suffusion of grapefruit. @erzsebel tried it as she likes grapefruit, but for her I think it tasted too much of beer. So worst case scenario for both of us I guess. #AlcoholFreeBeer

Clean Break "Progression" pale ale

This has a really good sour hoppiness to it. Sadly it also has a weird fusty savoury stale cheese quality, which undermines it somewhat. Regret to say that this one will not be on my shopping list. #AlcoholFreeBeer

Amundsen "Eazy Peazy" alcohol free hazy IPA

A quite highly quaffable drink, with all the sour hoppiness you'd expect. @erzsebel had a sip and said elderflower, but most importantly did not pull "the face". So I think that's an endorsement. #AlcoholFreeBeer

Tiny Rebel "On Your Marks" alcohol free IPA

A very tastefully balanced hazy IPA. Quite delicate without being insipid, this is very easy to drink. #AlcoholFreeBeer

Drop Bear Tropical IPA

Based on the name I was expecting this to be one of those ones that tastes like Lilt. But actually, the "tropical" aspect of this beer is very subtle. Sadly it's quite bitter and not in a way that floats my boat. They do a great stout though. #AlcoholFreeBeer

LOAH alcohol free blood orange lager.

I must admit that when I pulled the tab on this can and it started to spray all over the kitchen, I did say a very rude word. Not too much was lost. Sadly this very energetic drink is almost completely devoid of any flavour. It has an incredibly subtle orange aftertaste, but you might not notice it if you weren't expecting it. #AlcoholFreeBeer

Not a bad drink but not brilliant either. Some subtle unbalanced elements in the flavour which give it a bit of a fusty, used gym equipment quality. Not really what you want in a beer. One of those ones where I'll be able to finish the glass but wouldn't order another. #AlcoholFreeBeer

Quite a nice fruity IPA. Not super smooth, but the tanginess lends it a pleasing refreshing quality. Could happily pour this down my neck all evening. #AlcoholFreeBeer

Lovely hoppy smell from this, and I got all excited. I'm not such a big fan of the taste though, it's got a puzzling creaminess as if someone had stirred some yoghurt into it. Don't get me wrong, this is far better than a lot of the dreck you'll find in your average pub or supermarket, but there are better options out there if you know where to look. #AlcoholFreeBeer
