Max is queer and GNC, while Clance is cishet. They are besties! One of my favorite quotes has to be Clance telling Max, "I love you more than anyone else in the world, you know that right?" I love the truth in it, and I love that she said it in front of her husband, confident that it wouldn't make anyone feel bad, because she loves them both wholly and doesn't have to "choose".

If #aleagueoftheirown doesn't get renewed, I'll be seriously annoyed. This series is brimming with potential for at least two or three more seasons. Rewatching the other day made me realise how much I don't want to let go of the characters when it feels like they've just begun their journeys.
