I feel like I'm the same socially. I have a few things I can talk about, and then I start repeating myself:

* any online course I'm studying

I've a sleep routine that involves getting into bed at midnight and listening to podcasts on earphones.set sleep timer to end of episode #TheNewsAgents is my sleeping draft of choice. I wake up to Today on the radio and it's a rare day where the routine is broken.
So I hadn't turned on sleep timer Spotify played random unplayed podcasts. woke at 5 with someone talking just my politics on 1ep ofthe brilliant #AlexeiSayle Pod I'd missed
