@homelessjun I have #alexythimia. But I also can be like a kind of sponge for other’s bad feelings : they go all around me but I don’t know what they are (angry, sad, bored…), nor what to do with them. I just feel wrong but cannot empathetize (?) for the person because I am overwhelmed and I don’t know what’s happening.

It's difficult to recognize their trauma & inability for emotional regulation as I struggle myself, never having learned how to do that with the added bonus of #alexythimia. Until 3 hours later, talking to my partner I didn't even realise I was upset & I am still not sure what I am feeling exactly.
I feel sad & disappointed that this is the sort of parent relationship I got. My tolerance has gone way down & I am honestly not sure if 3/n
