ROHLOFF - Ein Resümee:
Vor 3️⃣ Jahren hab ich mir ein Trekkingrad geleast. Als Upgrade für mein altes Rad mit der Nabenschaltung #Shimano #Alfine 7️⃣ Gang.
Aus diesem Grund bekam das Leasingrad die #Rohloff-Nabe mit 1️⃣4️⃣ Gängen.
Technisch eine klare Verbesserung. Fahrspaß pur 👍
ABER die Geräuschkulisse in den ersten 9️⃣ Gängen hat mich immer gestört. Mittlerweile nervt mich das total. Deshalb werde ich jetzt das Leasingrad zurückgeben und wieder mein altes Rad nutzen. Schade eigentlich 🤷‍♂️

22 Zähne sind besser als 20! Das neue #Ritzel auf Hinterrad macht es mit dem #Fahrrad am Hügel etwas leichter. Vorher war die Übersetzung für die #Alfine 11 viel zu lang!

Today I found out the hard way that the newer generation of #Alfine 8 (s70x) shift in the opposite direction to the older generation (s50x) 🙃

I way prefer twist shifters, but Shimano only made Alfine trigger shifters. Since the #Nexus is almost identical, I used a Nexus twister.

I measured the cable pull, which seemed almost the same between generations (~5mm increments) https://www.sheldonbrown.com/cribsheet-IG-cable-pull.html

So I matched the yellow dots at gear 5, and it seems to work fine, just reversed!
