I accomplished a thing that was stressing me out. Therefore I have not been able to sleep tonight, because I make sense that way. Also, I am obsessing over the fact that my #alinker mobility aid is supposed to arrive sometime this month, only I don’t know when. I have been waiting about two months, anxious because it’s a lot of money and what if it doesn’t work for me like I hope it does? Which is an anxiety I can’t do much to soothe until it actually gets here. Sigh.

Ordered an #alinker earlier this week, will be a #babewithamobilityaid in March if the order comes when it’s supposed to. This will be my second try at an Alinker; the first one was a size too big and didn’t work for me, so I sold it. Hoping this one, a smaller size, will do better and help with fatigue and what we think is probably POTS while shopping and on other outings. #disability #NEISvoid

Der #Alinker ist keine Universallösung für jedermann.
Für viel Menschen aber die Möglichkeit von a nach b zu kommen.
Ausserdem und das ist ein riesen Vorteil: Man sitzt/ist auf Augenhöhe mit seinen Mitmenschen, ist in Unterhaltungen integriert. Man redet nicht über seinen Kopf hinweg.
