Sinuses are exploding today. Living among forest trees has a lot of upside, fresh clean air, plenty of shade in the summer, lots of traffic from small songbirds and big raptors, etc.

But in the spring, pollen takes a lot of Western Oregonians down.

My partner and I went to sleep at 20:30 because he slept poorly last night and has to wake up 6-ish to go to work.

I've slept a single cycle and am now wide awake with a violently upset stomach. It makes the worst noises, sends acid back up, and makes me burp violently even when I only drink water.

What's going on? I don't recognise this as #EDS #POTS #Dysautonomia #Allegies

All I did was eat tomato soup for dinner and take D-mannose and Quercetine before sleep.

Interesting. Will need to look further into this, someone mentioned to us that plantBased #estrogens doesn't metabolise as estrogen in humans, but having said that, the #glyphosate (#RoundUp) in #soy is a #gutBacteria killer, and does seem to wreck havok on people's #health, including producing #allegies.

Resisting non-#organic soy and #canola is one of the greatest things a person can do.
