Everytime I cook some recipe from #GazOakley I just wonder how something can be so good. One of my cousins, non vegan, was curious seeing this during #NewYearsEve and asked for half a slice. Was shocked and wanted the rest afterwards. Said #vegan food can be better than he thought. This was super succulent and meaty. Even I was shocked at how well it came out. Sucks it takes forever to make, but I’ll definitely do it again in the future. #AllHailSeitan
