In response to the senseless, ongoing attacks on the LBGTQ+ community, a lecture to those who identify as religious.

If your God is omniscient, omnipotent, in all things, then your God is Gay, Lesbian, Transgender, … Black, Latino, … Muslim, Jewish … All Things. End hatred of those who are different. If your minister, friends preach hatred & intolerance - reassess. I had an interesting discussion with a friend, and one of the co-authors of the Grand Canyon book. He co-authored two chapters with me, and is deeply religious. We discussed possible updates, but also discussed my view that modern Christianity preaches hate - it was a good, difficult, but open discussion. Religions should be based on #Love and #Acceptance - of all #AllPeople. There is no place for hatred in this world. We are all unique, and different. We cannot expect anyone to think or act like we do. #EmbraceDifference - #Learn from it. Put aside hate, learn to Love again. #LGTBQ+ #OneLove #LoveOneAnother
