This afternoon and evening I have:
✅ Peeled and cut 2.5kg of potatoes
✅ Trimed and cut 1kg sprouts
✅ Made stuffing (pork, apple and ginger - see below)
✅ Made bread sauce
✅ Prepped breakfast to sit overnight so it can be cooked tomorrow (French toast)
I think I can sit down now…
