I made another gluten-free fruit tart for my friends - and I had enough almond 'dough' left to make a mini tart for myself.
The fruit tart I filled with freezer fruit from my own garden (cherries & red currants.)
The mini tart I filled with tvaroh (a Czech dairy product), microplaned lemon peel and a homemade mix if ground cane sugar, cinnamon and chilli flakes.
