The alQuds brigades supported the Northern Alliance in their fight against the Taleban in Afghanistan (the Hazera are Shiites, Taleban are Sunnites) and they fought the IS in Iraq and Syria. 9/11 was a job from Saudi wahabites, with some blokes from Egypt thrown in the mix and training in Afghanistan.
