@phillipjordan Hah, I don’t know about skill — more like ideas plus perseverance.

I started making my own footwear out of desperation, bc everything I could find to buy hurt my feet…except for #Altra Ones, which were NSFW being bright yellow athletic shoes (which #Altra doesn’t make anymore; #Altras these days all seem thick-soled).

Interestingly, my feet have changed shape so much since I stopped wearing conventional footwear that now I can’t even wear shoes that I made several years ago.
