Key to the new and vibrant FTC is Commissioner #AlvaroBedoya, who, along with Commission #RebeccaSlaughter and Chairwoman #LinaKhan, is part of the Democratic majority on the Commission. Bedoya has a background in tech and privacy and civil rights, and is a longtime advocate against predatory finance. He's also a law professor and a sprightly scholarly writer.
