1) "Advanced Web UI" in your settings

2) Mobile apps. The official app was rushed to meet demand after migration. Try #FediLab or #Tusky on Android. #Toot! or #Amaroq on iOS

3) Desktop. Try #Sengi or #Whalefish

4) Web. There are even alternate Web UI. Check out #Pinafore

@SebinNyshkim @GrayWuff Ahhh, yes! This is a good distinction I failed to make. I was speaking of the "Official" #Mastodon mobile apps for iOS and Android. They are, yes, somewhat limited. Third party apps typically have more robust feature sets, however they sometimes disappear without a trace… Like the #Amaroq app for iOS. 😭

Calling #iOS users… what’s the best free app to use for Mastodon? I tried to find #Amaroq but it’s not available from Apple. I’m viewing in my browser at present.

#Amaroq est pas dispo en Belgique, blague ?

Looking for a new app for #Mastodon under #iOS. #Amaroq is still ahead but does not support polls and other features. The official app supports polls but has a strange behaviour with audio when playing a video (can’t lower the volume) and it’s also slower than Amaroq. Other free apps with good support and which don’t connect user data?

@ttm #Amaroq geht seit gestern nicht mehr, da zu lange keine Updates mehr. So nutze ich seit gestern #Metatext unter #ios. Bis jetzt zufrieden. Toot war auch ein Hinweis.

Wenn jetzt hier Mastodon (endlich wieder) auch präsenter bei mir und allen anderen (#neuhier und so) wird: Welche App verwendet ihr auch Rechner und Smartphone? Ich bin noch nicht so ganz zufrieden... nutze #Whalebird auf dem Mac und #amaroq sowie die #mastodonapp auf dem iPhone. Tipps anyone? Was nutzt ihr und wie zufrieden seid ihr?

Scusatemi per la domanda da niubbo. Qual è l’app migliore per usare Mastodon su iOS? Vedo che si parlava assai bene di #amaroq ma pare non sia più disponibile sullo store italiano. Io ho scaricato Tootle e Mastodon per Iphone e Ipad: la prima è più completa, la seconda è più pulita (almeno mi legge correttamente apostrofi e accenti), ma non mi fa vedere la timeline federata e gestisce solo parzialmente account multipli. Consigli? #newbie #mastodonapp #iOS

Frage: Nachdem ich heute Morgen noch zwei Tröts mit meiner #Amaroq App für iPhone absenden konnte, schließt die App sich jetzt sofort und ist nicht mal mehr im Appstore zu finden.
Mit welchen Mastodon Clients für iPhone habt ihr gute Erfahrungen gemacht? Weil ich mir jetzt nicht einfach IRGENDWAS installieren will. Und immer vom Mac aus dem Browser tröten ist auch nicht optimal.
Habt ihr ne Idee?
