Mohammed Sameer alias Maya Bhai, arrested for the murder of an Amazon executive, had left north-east Delhi localities rattled in February this year after allegedly shooting at will for three days in a row. Sameer, who was weeks short of 18 at the time, had also left the cops baffled with his live appearance on Instagram before the crimes.
