Captured here is a view of Mesquite Dunes in Death Valley.
I captured this image on my way back from the big dune. I veered east on my way back to the parking lot in order to get a slightly different perspective. The dunes cover roughly 14 square miles but they are just over a mile wide. This image is looking east at the miles of dunes and waves of ever shifting sand.
