@willoremus I just read Ronan Farrow’s article in the New Yorker, Elon Musk’s Shadow Rule. He suggests Musk’s increasing tendency to make chaotic and impulsive decisions may be related to his escalated use of #ketamine and #Ambien for his chronic insomnia.

I'm not sure, but perhaps for the first time #Ambien (#Zolpidem) had me sleepwalking. Don't remember getting up, I just woke up falling from a standing position. Stacks of books broke my fall. Luckily, all the books are okay. Though my back and my butt may well hurt the rest of today. Of course, naturally, I don't have any ibuprofen. If #sleepwalking was going to wake me up, the least it could do is wait until a later hour. Still only 2 am, but I am up for today now. #insomnia

Every time I try to re-watch the latest episode of #StarTrekProdigy I fall asleep and can't get through it, frustratingly. It is only because my #insomnia keeps me up most of the night, despite #Ambien which works no better than #Trazodone. I have no idea what my doctor might suggest I try next, if anything. She'll probably refer me to a specialist at this point.
