Knitting finally clicked! As they say, third time's a charm.
Several things made a difference this time. Larger, non-slippery (bamboo) needles and thicker yarn. Deciding to relax and have fun with it. (Vs my previous grim determination that literally strained my neck and shoulder muscles. 😐) Patiently watching a multitude of knitting videos, trying various ways to hold and tension the yarn and form the stitches.
