Day 71 & 72: yesterday I was too exhausted from the Pokémon Go Hoenn event to do much except score study. Today I had the longest practice period of the past week, and got through a lot of the orchestral work I needed to. Tons of spiccato and off-the-string stuff, and I was struggling to make it beautiful instead of hacky and spicc-y, but still very necessary work done. Super busy days, so only got to grab about 15 minutes each day. Day 24 I ended up playing around with David Lang’s Light Moving, and discovering once again that the little bit of ViolinMind intonation work I’ve done is helping so much!
