Today’s listening is ‘Me And The Ghost Of Charlemagne’, the 2019 album by Amy Speace.

This is a gentle album of country flavoured American folk music, mostly comprising a spare musical accompaniment to Amy’s lovely singing voice.

My favourite tracks are probably the title track itself, ‘Pretty Girls’ and ‘Back In Abilene’.

A nice, thoughtful and relaxing listen.
